Kyrgyz ornaments, like folk myths and fairy tales, conceal meanings and signs that go back centuries. Some of them have been lost, while others have reached us in their original form. Originally, in very ancient times, when our ancestors had magical knowledge and lived in harmony with nature, ornaments served as amulets. They were able to attract good luck and happiness to their master.
